Valor Real Estate Partners adds to its UK portfolio with third acquisition in Hayes, West London

Valor Real Estate Partners LLP (“Valor” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired on behalf of its clients a 140,000 sq. ft. logistics asset (the “Asset” or the “Property”) in Hayes, West London from Prologis.

The Asset, which is situated close to Heathrow Airport, with good access to the M4 and M25, presents a rare opportunity to acquire a high-quality property in a prime West London location.

The Asset is currently let on a long term lease to Lufthansa Technik until 2024, with an open market rent review in 2019.
