Cane Napolitano is a Principal at Valor Real Estate Partners and is responsible for sourcing and executing value add investments in the UK, Netherlands and Germany. 

Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Napolitano was at IDI Gazeley Brookfield Logistics Properties where he was responsible for originating a UK acquisitions program with a specific focus on infill opportunities within the M 25 and South East markets. 

Prior to IDI Gazeley, Mr. Napolitano was a member of the KTR Capital Investments team where his primary responsibilities included the underwriting and analysis of development, portfolio, and one-off Investment transactions across the South Florida and Atlanta markets. 

Mr. Napolitano graduated from Lafayette College where he earned a B.Sc. in Neuroscience.
