Victor Massias is a Principal at Valor Real Estate Partners and is responsible for sourcing and executing value add investments in France, Spain and Italy.

Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Massias was a Director at IDI Gazeley Brookfield Logistics Properties, where he was responsible for acquisitions and disposals in France, Spain and Italy.

Prior to IDI Gazeley, Mr. Massias was Capital Transactions Manager for France at Goodman since 2012, a company he joined as an analyst in 2010.  He started his career as an Analyst for CBRE Global Investors in 2009.

Mr. Massias graduated from ESTP Paris (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics) and ESSEC Business School.  He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2013.
