Philip Beato is a Vice President at Valor Real Estate Partners and is responsible for the technical and construction aspects of the Firm’s developments and repositioning projects.

Prior to joining Valor, Mr Beato was project manager for Liberty Property Trust. He was responsible for managing the construction of multi-stage developments on the company’s strategic land development projects.

Prior to Liberty Property Trust, Mr Beato was a senior project manager for Mace involved in all stages of the project cycle for major infrastructure projects. His experience also extends to technical and investment risk management for a wide range of blue-chip property lending and investment clients in the private sector.

Mr Beato graduate from City University with a MEng(hons) in civil engineering and is a member of the Association of Project Managers.
